Dedicated Guernsey employees poured their hearts into a meaningful endeavor, generously volunteering their time to construct a home, from the very foundation up, for the Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity.

Amidst the holiday season’s glow, the enduring spirit and values that define Guernsey’s culture shine as brightly today as they did when Curtis Harold Guernsey Sr. flipped a light in his Cherokee Oklahoma garage, igniting a civil engineering service to uplift rural Oklahoma municipalities.

Guernsey champions workforce development and strong partnerships, spearheading efforts alongside state leaders to elevate OSU as the Great Plains Center of Excellence within the Industrial Assessment Center (IAC). Teaming up with OSU IAC, Guernsey is dedicated to training program that cultivate energy management skills. We firmly believe that by nurturing a skilled workforce and fostering robust partnerships, everyone stands to benefit and grow together.
